01 INTRODUCTION
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

02 SERVICES
Wortex Technologies provides: Web design and development, Custom software development, Mobile application development, AI-powered digital solutions, UI/UX design services, and Consulting/technical advisory services. All services are subject to project agreements, proposals, or contracts signed between Wortex Technologies and the client.

03 INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
All website content, branding, graphics, source code, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Wortex Technologies unless otherwise stated. Final deliverables are transferred according to the signed agreement. Wortex retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.

04 CLIENT_RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, deliver required content/assets on time, make timely payments, and review milestones within agreed timelines. Delays in feedback or content delivery may affect project timelines.

05 PAYMENTS_REFUNDS
Payment terms are defined in project contracts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund eligibility depends on project stage and agreement terms. Wortex reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

06 LIABILITY_LIMITATIONS
Wortex Technologies shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages, data loss due to third-party hosting issues, cyberattacks beyond reasonable security measures, or client misuse of delivered software. Services are provided "as is".

07 THIRD_PARTY_INTEGRATIONS
Our solutions may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or frameworks. Wortex is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, changes in third-party policies, or API discontinuations.

08 TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services under the conditions outlined in the signed project agreement. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due and completed work will be delivered upon settlement.

09 CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect client confidentiality. All sensitive business information shared with Wortex Technologies will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

10 GOVERNING_LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

11 UPDATES_PROTOCOL
Wortex Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
